The Queensland Exporter Conference brings together exporters, industry leaders, and trade experts to explore opportunities for Australian businesses looking to expand into international markets. Hosted by Trade and Investment Queensland (TIQ) on behalf of the Queensland Government, the event provides practical insights, tools, and connections to help businesses progress their global ambitions.
Attendees will hear from experienced exporters, government representatives, and industry specialists through a series of sessions designed to equip businesses with the knowledge and confidence required to navigate global trade successfully.
Our CEO, Raj De Souza, will deliver a session on Export Smarter: Validating Global Demand Using Digital Marketplaces, exploring how businesses can test international demand using market data and digital marketplaces before committing to in-market investment, and how global marketplaces and cross-border logistics models can help reduce the time, cost, and risk of entering new markets.
In addition to his presentation, Raj will facilitate a panel discussion on e-commerce and global market opportunities, bringing together Queensland’s international trade commissioners to discuss global market trends, emerging opportunities for exporters, and the key considerations for businesses entering international markets. The panel will feature Michael Kocken, Queensland’s Trade and Investment Commissioner for Korea; Kassem Younes, Queensland’s Trade and Investment Commissioner for the Middle East; and Anna Fedeles, General Manager of International Operations at Trade and Investment Queensland.
