The final event in our series, the Fulfilment, Channels and Scaling International eCommerce workshop, brings together growing exporters and supply chain specialists to tackle the vital logistics of global digital trade. Organised by Trade and Investment Queensland (TIQ) to help businesses transition from validation to long-term commercial growth, this interactive, in-person workshop provides the practical delivery insights required to sustain international operations.
Attendees will learn how to optimise their global distribution networks and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across borders. The session focuses on the critical infrastructure needed to support ongoing sales, helping businesses minimise friction, protect their margins, and build efficient operational workflows in tandem with TIQ’s global network support.
Our CEO, Raj de Souza, will deliver this closing masterclass, exploring how businesses can choose the ultimate channel mix across proprietary websites, online marketplaces, international distributors, and traditional brick-and-mortar retailers. Raj will provide a comprehensive deep dive into cross-border logistics models, assessing international third-party logistics (3PL) options, freight management, and return structures. Crucially, he will share methods for accurately calculating total landed costs and managing customer expectations globally, equipping businesses with the tools to scale smoothly into sustainable, long-term export growth.
